DIRECTIONS TO MOUNT PURRO NATURE RESERVE/CAMP EXPLORE / MALVAR’S PLACE
1. Take Aurora Blvd. / Marcos Highway.
2. Go pass Marikina River, Santolan Intersection, Robinson’s Mall, and Sta. Lucia East Mall.
3. Upon reaching Masinag Market at Marcos-Sumulong Highway Intersection just go STRAIGHT. DO NOT turn right (to Assumption Antipolo school/ or Antipolo church) or left (to Marikina).

4. You will see a green concrete pedestrian overpass. This is Cogeo Junction, GO STRAIGHT.

- c. Iglesia ni Christo (left)
- d. white bridge (left)
- e. Park Hills immediately (right)
- f. Aqualand Water Springs (left)

- i. St. Gregory Homes (left)
- j. Touch of Glory (right)
5. 400 meters after yellow KM POST 36, on the right side of the road, TURN LEFT. There are tricycles parked, this is called KANTO VETERANS, you will see the following:
a. G & J Store on the right.
b. Waiting shed on the left, immediately across G & J Store
c. Shalom Retreat Sign beside Waiting shed
d. Meann’s Calinderia on the corner turning left.
7. Go straight until you reach MARCOS S. GARCIA ROAD. TURN LEFT. There is a small Hardware Shop in this corner. This leads to Kanto Calawis.
8. Go straight for about 4 kms. until you hit the river. Cross the bridge and then GO STRAIGHT.
- LANDMARKS you will pass:
- a. Basketball court to your left
- b. elementary school on the right.
9. Follow the concrete road past another narrow bridge. After 300meters, on the right you will see a wooden steel gate. WELCOME!
From Ateneo, it usually takes, 1 to 1.5 hours to come to camp depending on traffic and weather conditions. Please be ready for very rough portions going to camp.
If you need to ask for directions, PLEASE ASK FOR THE “MALVAR’S” and NOT Mt. Purro Nature Camp or Camp Explore. Please be advised that there is NO GLOBE signal at camp and only SMART signal is available.
